Following the success of Convergence 2015, I’m back as Festival Manager for Convergence, for a second year. This year the team has expanded so I’m able to focus on the Operations & Production side of the series whilst maintaining my position in the core team, managing the overall budget for the festival, staffing, and building the business for future years.
